was "put to the test" when
Dateline NBC set up hidden cameras in a Scottsdale home and called
several
air conditioning & heating contractors to check out the cooling
system. The purpose was to see how well each contractor would actually
do. We performed our maintenance check and informed the "customer" that
her system was in very good condition. Two months later we were
informed that we had been video taped that day along with several
other contractors
and that the results would be on the Dateline show that night.
During the show, we found out that Dateline had the cooling system
serviced
and brought up to top condition before any contractors showed up.
Each contractor should have reported the same thing, that the system
was in fine condition, right? Well, that didn't happen. The results
made for a rather entertaining show, some would say. For Trustworthy,
the outcome was good.
