Questions & Answers:
Q
) What does SEER mean?
A ) The SEER rating simply means how much electric the system will use to operate.
The
higher
the SEER number, the less electric it will use to operate. The minimum standard
as of January 1, 2006 is 13 SEER. The SEER rating has nothing to do with capacity;
2 ton, 3 ton, 4 ton etc.
Q
) Will you install any brand equipment I want?
A ) We always try to satisfy our clients but there are some brands we will
not install because (not to sound arrogant) we know the history or "track record"
and if it's not good then that's a pretty good indication of future reliability.
We want you to be satisfied.
Q
) What kind of warranty can I expect on new equipment that you
install?
A ) We always include a 10 Year PARTS & LABOR warranty
unless the client specifically requests a standard warranty.
Q ) What is the best equipment of all?
A ) Really, there is no best equipment for everything. That’s
why we handle several brands, because
every installation has variables that may be more favorable
to recommend a certain brand. In addition, there are financial
considerations that very per client. Just because one brand
costs
more than another does not necessarily make it better.
Q ) Is there a better warranty than the extended 10 YEAR
PARTS & LABOR?
A ) The 10 YEAR PARTS & LABOR is an outstanding warranty
in itself but there are a few variations. The Tappan
warranty has a Quality Pledge that states
the entire unit will be replaced if the compressor fails in the first
five years!
Q
) Why should I use a company with a name like Trustworthy?
A ) Some clients are cynical about our name and that's fine, I understand
that it's a very different world out there today versus when a "handshake" was
as good as a signed contract. There are too many people, companies, and corporations
trying to "take" your money rather than working for it in
an honest
way. Why are we different? Because we work to gain your trust and never take
it for granted and we are TRUSTWORTHY!
Q
) I have looked at your web site and you look too good to be
true. You promote yourself as perfect.
A ) We really are not trying to look perfect and we are not perfect. We do make
mistakes but we admit them and will always make good on them! The information
on this web site is factual and in no way fabricated. Unbelievably, we do
run this company to a higher standard. Period.
