Air conditioning,
I want
to Thank You for your quick service and for being truely "TRUSTWORTHY".
I have an older AC unit and I know it is about ready for the great AC graveyard
in the sky, but I haven't found a way to afford to get it replaced. When Terry
and Casey came out they told me that I would be needing to replace it in the
future but that they could repair it and give me some more time to save for
the new one. A lot of the AC repair people would have insisted I get
the new one
now no matter what. Most of them offer financing but it is at a huge interest
rate. I believe your company is truly honest and as soon as I can I will be
calling you to come out and set up a whole new AC system.
I want
to Thank You all very much for being so kind and considerate in understanding
that not all people can afford to make a huge purchase right now even if
you really need one and they offer to finance it. I have had a few
problems this
year and I'm sure everyone has had an equal amount of things to deal with,
but if you treat all your customers they way you treated me you will
have the most
loyal customers in the world.

Terry,
The adjustment from Midwestern weather to Arizona weather when
I relocated this summer was a difficult one. Add to that acquiring
(with my purchased
home) an air conditioning system that was unable to keep the
house below 80 degrees, and my stress level was off the scale.
Meeting with
no success
going through the home warranty process, I called you in desperation.
Having been recommended to me by my brother in Chandler as
a “guy who’s
a straight-shooter,” I frantically called you on a Friday. You picked
up the new system on Saturday morning and had it installed by
that afternoon. You truly saved my sanity! Your response to my
situation was quick and
professional. And I was very pleasantly surprised by the follow-up
phone call the next week to see if I was satisfied with the unit
and its performance.
That’s what I call good customer service!
I
am happy to report that I am still very pleased with the performance
of this new unit. And I am even happier to report that my electric
bills
for July and for August showed just over a 35% decrease.
That’s even
more impressive considering the increase in temperatures and
humidity during
the months of July/August as compared to June.
I
can’t thank you enough for your quick and professional service. Your company
is indeed aptly named!

Thanks for the great service you did putting the air conditioner
in. You also repaired the broken air duct, changed the blower
motor and replaced a floor grill which wasn’t included
in the estimate.

out to service our air conditioner, and installed the Amana one
for us. We appreciate your honesty.
Then Calvin came out the other day and explained the thermostat
to us and put the covers on his shoes, we were so surprised, and
delighted!!!

I would like to express my appreciation to one of your employees,
Calvin Williams, for such a fantastic job yesterday fixing
my heating/air unit. I was in a bit of a panic as I am in
the process
of selling my home and the unit was extremely loud/vibrating,
which is not a good thing when potential buyers are viewing
the property. I also am headed out of town and was in a rush
to get
this solved. Calvin not only met me at my home within 30 minutes
on my initial call, he arranged to get the replacement part
and return to install it that same afternoon (which was very
late
in the day). He also had enough trust in me to complete the
job and leave the invoice under the mat for mail in payment.
As I
needed to return to work. This was such a help for me and not
to mention a relief that words can’t explain.
Please see that he knows his “above and beyond” efforts
were superb and give him my kind regards along with the enclosed
movie passes.
Also enclosed is my check for payment of the services. I will
recommend Trustworthy Services to everyone that I come across and
I can see you truly live up to your name.
